1946年7月1日是日本侵略者投降后，张家口首次公开纪念中国共产党成立25周年的好日子。大街上锣鼓喧天，到处是游行演出的人群，范云天、康玉兰、王惠芬、林向东等电业工人也分别融汇在这片欢乐的海洋中。突然，一股骚动在小范围内惊扰了这份喜庆——一队公安战士正在追捕奔逃的仝文和罗巧香。范云天和康玉兰闻讯后不约而同的加入追捕队伍，却阴差阳错的绊住了彼此。仝文和罗巧香狡猾逃脱，范云天和康玉兰不打不相识。。This series is above the expectations they had about it.
