After he has called the police, he should have hidden the phone because robbers can come back anytime and might hurt them on seeing the phone, but the dad stupidly keeps on playing with the phone and Pedro do...。西暦1997年、練馬区に住む五十嵐兄弟の前に二人の女性が降って来る。彼女達は電次元から来たルーチンという存在で、その使命は電次元のルールに則り互いに競って勝者が地球征服するということだった。二人は五十嵐兄弟をゲームの観客兼ゲーム後のパートナーとして選ぶが、五十嵐淑を巻き込んで傷つけてしまいルールを侵してしまう。コンパイラはアセンブラとのゲームと無関係に地球征服を遂行してルール違反をチャラにしようとするが、ルーチンは水に弱く、雨が降ったために地球征服は失敗。 以降、特に目的もなく五十嵐家に居候しながら、襲ってくる電次元の刺客をあしらいながら適当に暮らすドタバタの日々を送ることになる。。Olivia and The Clouds explores love's complexities through a Rashomon effect.
