该剧翻拍自人气网漫，是一部讲述奇幻校园题材的浪漫爱情片，讲述意识到自己只是校园漫画中的配角的檀吴违背既定的剧情并实现爱情的过程。金惠允将饰演女主角网漫人物殷檀吴，金路云将饰演男主哈鲁，和檀吴上演浪漫爱情故事；李娜恩将饰演纯情漫画中的女主角色吕珠多，一开始顺应漫画的剧情设定，后来有机会选择做自己，李在旭将饰演檀吴单恋了十年的男人白京，也是她的未婚夫。。高忠堂、黄百之统领长白川两大势力家族，明争暗斗。黄久之被高家打坏成废人后两家决裂，其勾结日本人欺辱高家，高家全族战死，仅丫鬟带高家三姐妹等逃生。黄漂恨高家，解放后造假混入工作组，最终罪行败露被法办，高红枝沉冤昭雪。。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home.
